More heads are rolling over at the Canton, Massachusetts offices of Dunkin Donuts, after some widely publicized alleged spying stories.
Chief Legal Counsel Stephen Horn resigned after informing his bosses that he wanted to pursue his book-writing career. (Horn is a part-time novelist.)
This doughnut chain has reportedly filed more than 350 lawsuits against its franchisees. About 100 of them met last month at a Dunkin' Donuts Independent Franchise Owners meeting in Worcester, Massachusetts—not far from the company's headquarters.
Robert Zarco, a Miami attorney representing some disgruntled franchisees, said that "the company profits from terminating franchisees and then collecting transfer fees and increased royalties."

We have received punch cards at several Dunkin Donuts. The cards entitile yu to a free cup of coffee after the 8th punch.Marilyn There are some of them that do not want to give the cards out. Wondering if I will hear back from someone? Friday, June 4th was free donut day. However I live in Natick, MA and our Dunkin Donuts on East Central St. is always very, very busy. I can't understand why they ran out of donuts by 1 PM. I was there just after that and no donuts at all, would like a reply as to why more were not delivered to this location....please respond to me at:simmons54@comcast.net... thanks.
