The Franchise King Needs A New Crown.
Current Crown;
My current crown was just mistaken for a popcorn bag.
I am hurt. I am embarrassed. And I am starting my search for a new one.
I have approached my 126 "fans"on The Franchise King fan page on Facebook. {That's a hint. I'm looking for more fans. Trying to build a community, you know!}
Now I am reaching out to my blog readers.
Here is the formal contest announcement from the Facebook fan page;
OK. So a fan of mine asks me if I was a Seinfeld fan. I wasn't. {I worked on the night the show was on} She says that my CROWN looks like bag of popcorn, which reminds her of an episode in which some dude is an appliance salesperson. Something about "The Wiz."
Does anyone know which episode she is referring to? Please find the video of it! on YouTube. I'd love to see it.
Update! My friend Jim Evans found the video in a record 77 seconds. Thank you Jim!
I need some help. If you all think my CROWN is weak at best, can someone find me a better one? If you can, I'll pay you for it. {Up to $25}
As a matter of fact, if you can get it to me somehow, I'll not only pay you for it, but I'll add a $100 bill to your wallet. {Only one winner in this contest, please}
The best thing to do would be to send me a picture of the crown, first.
AND, I'll do a post on The Franchise King blog about it, feature you, and link to whatever non-pornographic or non-Google Adsense site you wish.
Let's call it;
The "Help The Franchise King Find A New Crown" contest!*
*This contest is open to US citizens, family members, twice removed cousins of family members, kids over the age of 9, high school graduates, Canadian citizens, and whoever else can help me find a new CROWN that's a part of the same food chain as The Franchise King."
Void where prohibited, but since this is the age of transparency, who really gives a hoot.
One
more thing. My daughter, Grace-The Franchise Princess, who is now a
"friend" of mine on Facebook, cannot enter. I'm cold. Too bad.

Thank you. Please find me a new crown. I am hurting, royally.

Iain,
Thank you subscribing to my blog, and in the future, for becoming a fan on The Franchise King Facebook page.
Any rumors that I can help spread about crowns in Scotland, or anywhere else that has some old Castles lying around, I'll be a chum, and pitch in.
As for franchising help-give me a shout!

I think there are a few Crowns kicking around Scotland that we are no longer allowed to use...
They might surpass the $25 dollar limit and as I am not related or American (is there a difference?)I think my suggestion is a waste of time .... but I have become a fan. As I start this franchising road I need all the help and advice I can get.

Paul, (My Royal Subject)
The Kingdom is always open to suggestions.
Lest, Hest, Besteth, and all of the other community organizers will be getting word of your ideas.
Thank you, Pauleth. Both Crowns Will be Used.
The King.

Use both crowns! Hey, we all have dress shoes and casual shoes, right? Choose the appropriate one based upon the occasion... Certainly, the winner of the contest should have a say in the matter, so make him an offer he can't refuse. Oh, wrong setting for that, sorry. Anyway, I love the royal red crown and cast my vote to bring it out of retirement. Your Royal Highness should consider the pleas coming from his kingdom lest he be subjected to the possibility of an uprising amongst the peasants.

Paul,
Thank you for stopping by. The crown depicted does have a certain "quality." But, since I gave Jim Evans, the winner of the contest, $100, for choosing a classier one, don't you think he should have some kind of say in any Royal decision?

I miss the old crown. The new crown is so "sterile." The old crown had a great deal more character that better depicts The Franchise King. The new crown appears better for royalty that wears business suits. The old crown is the one best used with flowing robes and a throne. People love pageantry and the opulence of the kingdom. I vote to bring back the old crown, Long live the king!

Dear Daddy,
I was only kidding when I called you a "loser" on your Facebook page. {The picture you have up with the Alltop.com stickers all over your face}
CMON. Please let me enter to win the $100! I can find you a crown...
Pleeeease?
Love,
Your Daughter, Grace
