"Our business model is consistently ranked as one of the fastest growing and most successful opportunities in the world for the following reasons: Low Cost Start Up, Recurring Royalty Revenues, Unlimited Growth Potential, Industry Size of $128 Billion and Growing, Recession Resistant and YOU have the benefit of proven business practices from the Franchisor."
Pretty strong claims. Could this opportunity in franchise ownership be for you?
Instead of investing in a single unit franchise, an opportunity exists for you to own an entire area. There are not too many opportunities like this available in franchising today-an opportunity to invest a reasonable amount of money into a franchise of your own, that has the potential to grow into something fairly substantial as your system grows. Yes. Your System.
As a Master Franchise owner, you are pretty much the franchisor. You control your area's growth. I discussed the business model of Master Franchise Ownership Here.
Here are the two main roles you will have as a Master Franchise owner:
1. Franchise Sales
You will find residents in your area who would like to have businesses of their own, through various means such as classified advertising, trade shows, and referral networks. These residents will be purchasing "Unit Franchises."
2. Contract Sales
You will sell your services to local businesses, both large and small with the help of a national call center. You will also receive training and a complete sales manual that will help you find customers for your unit franchise owners to service.
Does this sound intriguing so far?
Investing in a franchise model like this takes a lot of hard work. But, it shouldn't involve work that is non-productive. After all, this really is an executive level franchise, but if I tell you what the name of it is, you won't think "executive." That is really ok. Most of the 10 or so Master Franchise owners in this system didn't either.
The work that I call non-productive consists of invoicing, billing , and collections. Your role as the owner is business development. That is where it all starts. The franchise company's headquarters performs the non business development work. This really frees up your Monday Thru Friday workdays to do what you do best-business development.
So what is this franchise? What franchise offers you the opportunity to own an entire area, for a really reasonable franchise fee that averages $75,000? { The total investment which includes working capital is higher-but still in the reasonable category}
What is this steadily growing opportunity?
What service is being provided that is always in need, recession or not?
