Ok. I've had it. The DC folks are running around trying to get their own little agendas handled, while the folks that pretty much have no say, are pacing around like idiots, waiting to see what "they'll" do.
I'm talking about the "economic stimulus package, "bailout plan", whatever you want to call it.
Here's mine....
The Official Franchise King Economic Stimulus Plan
- We will write a multi-billion dollar Congressional bill. Every line of it must include a specific thing that will either create a job, or put money in taxpayers pockets, immediately.
- A letter will be sent out to every bank president. It will include things like, "If a consumer wants to buy a house, and is creditworthy, you must loan them the money we loaned you." If an entrepreneur presents a strong business plan for a new business start-up, and has a reasonable down payment, and good credit, you must lend he or she the money they are asking for."
- Consumers who were suckered into ARM's will have an interest rate decrease, which the original lender will provide.
- Small businesses which are trying to grow, will be allowed to do so, with SBA loans.
- Tax cuts for the rich are gone. It didn't work, folks.
- Middle class citizens will get relief checks. They will spend them on products and services.
This is not hard, folks. Does anyone disagree with this plan? Am I missing something?

I am humbled. But not interested. How many folks do you know that are not politically correct? And end up in politics?
If I was the president, I might actually tell the country how I feel! {And in a not so politically correct tone}
For now, I am quite happy being The King.
